Our Delivery Policy
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
- Dining Chairs 2U take orders from Mainland UK and Scottish Highlands; we do not deliver further afield for the time being. We do our best to process all orders immediately. We DO NOT ship to any other part of Europe or indeed the World. We require payment in full before delivery. Delivery times will vary from product.
- Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. One of our team will call to arrange delivery.
- We aim to have all orders despatched within 24 hours stock permitting, and arriving with UK customers within five working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
- Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery: Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery
- Express Delivery: Monday to Friday only. Please contact our customer service team on 0800 170 1321.
PLEASE NOTE (FREE DELIVERY DISCLAIMER)
All orders are shown as free delivery, but if you are outside the UK Mainland and have placed an order with us then our free delivery will not apply and we will contact you before fully processing your order with a cost for the delivery to be made, at which time you have the option to cancel your order or to proceed.
Dining Chairs 2U deliver to the UK Mainland only and use the following couriers Parcel Force, Yodel and DPD to deliver all orders placed within this site.
