Dining Chairs 2U is an online trader, therefore there are no showrooms.
What do I do if I don’t want to place my order online?

How can I pay for my purchases?
We accept most forms of payment. The easiest method is to use our fully automated online credit card processing system. If you do not want to use your credit/debit card on the internet, we can also process credit card payments over the phone; please call 0800 170 1321 with the product details and have your card details to hand.
How secure are my credit/debit card details?
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 256-bit encryption. Thereafter payment is collected through our online credit card system via Barclays. There have been no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
Are my goods guaranteed?
All of the products sold on this site come with a full one year warranty, which guarantees the product for the first year of ownership.
What is Bonded Leather?
Bonded Leather is made up of real leather fibres which are then combined with latex to form a sheet of material which looks and feels almost identical to fine, supple split leather. So it contains all the original leather fibres, but has the great advantage of minimising waste for the manufacturer, which means that it can often be a little less inexpensive.
Can I order odd numbers of dining chairs?
All of our dining chairs come in pairs, so they can only be purchased in multiples of 2.

How do refunds work?
In the instance that you are to be issued a refund, it will be processed via the same method that the initial payment was made. For example, if you paid for the item using a credit card, the refund will be made onto the same credit card.
